Information Security and Business Continuity are top priorities for TYPORGANOSI. Therefore, an Information Security Management System has been developed to:

  • Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information processed in the context of its activities.

  • Ensure the company's full compliance with relevant applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Protect the interests of the company and those collaborating with it.

  • Maintain and maximize the reliability of its information resources.

  • Achieve its business objectives with the highest possible level of security.

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation.

The implementation of the Information Security Management System aims at the following:

  • Protecting computing resources and information handled by the company's services against any threat, internal or external, intentional or accidental.

  • Systematic assessment and evaluation of risks related to information security to manage them correctly and promptly.

  • Data archiving, avoiding viruses and external intrusions, controlling access to systems, recording all security incidents, and managing unexpected developments.

  • System control through the clear definition of roles and responsibilities, primarily that of the Information Security & Business Continuity Manager. The Information Security & Business Continuity Manager is responsible for monitoring the System's operation and informing all involved personnel about the Information Security & Business Continuity Policy.

  • Educating personnel on Information Security & Business Continuity requirements.

  • Conducting risk assessment studies to identify and evaluate threats concerning the company.

  • Conducting internal audits at both technical and organizational levels to examine compliance with the provisions of the Information Security & Business Continuity Management System.

The purpose of all measures taken and those that will be taken in the future based on the company's needs is to continuously improve the Information Security & Business Continuity Management System to meet security requirements.

All company personnel involved in activities and processes related to Information Security & Business Continuity are responsible for implementing the Information Security & Business Continuity Management System according to their work. The Management and all employees of TYPORGANOSI ABEE are committed to achieving the company's goals and adhering to the principles of Information Security.
